Penelope Primrose is a family run business with a passion for Quality Gifts. Starting with a small market stall the business has grown and now runs from a beautiful shop in Builth Wells. 

 

Our aim is to offer all customers the kind of one-to-one customer service they would expect from a quality gift shop.
